Who can use the ePayslip portal?

All civil servants employed by the Government of Liberia whose payroll is processed through the Civil Service Agency can access the ePayslip portal.

What do I need to register?

You need your National Identification Number (NIN), your year of birth, and your last name as recorded in the payroll system. This information must match our records exactly.

I forgot my PIN. What should I do?

Click on "Forgot PIN" on the login page. You'll need to verify your identity again using your NIN, year of birth, and last name. Then you can create a new PIN.

My account is locked. What happened?

For security, accounts are temporarily locked after 5 failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If issues persist, contact your HR department.

Can I access payslips from previous months?

Yes! You can view and download payslips from any month that has been processed and uploaded to the system. Use the year filter to browse historical payslips.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption to protect your data. Your PIN is securely hashed and only you have access to your payslip information.
